Diamond Preparation
Mechanical grinding to a CSP-2 profile with HEPA dust containment. Cracks, spalls and joints filled with polyurea.
The Pour
100% solid epoxy basecoat, hand-broadcast media, then a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat troweled to a seamless plane.
The Cure
Walk on it in 24 hours, park on it in 48. We hand over care instructions and a written warranty.

Every floor we install comes with a written workmanship warranty. If a seam lifts, a coat delaminates, or the finish fails because of how we installed it, we come back and make it right.
We can offer this because we don't cut corners. Premium materials from the top manufacturers, and preparation nobody sees - every slab diamond-ground to profile, polyurea crack repair, & moisture-testing before a drop of resin is mixed. Cheap materials & rushed prep are what make floors fail. We won't cut corners on either.

Most residential floors are finished in two to three days - one for prep, one to two for the coating system. Commercial jobs scale with square footage and slab condition. You'll have a firm timeline before we begin your project.
After installation, allow at least 24 hours before foot traffic and a full 48 hours before parking a vehicle. The coating needs this time to set properly. Full chemical cure may take several days, depending on the system used.
Yes - the floor needs to be completely clear for grinding and coating. If you need a hand, we can help move heavy items the morning we start.
Yes. Our UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats are formulated to resist hot tire pickup, road salt, oil, and impact — built specifically for New Jersey winters.
